TOP RENTAL RULES

In addition to the below "top rental rules", please refer to your rental agreement for further details and additional rules. 

NOISE
This is a quiet, peaceful setting-- IT'S NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

No excessive noise at any time. Guests shall be respectful of neighbors keeping noise to a minimum at all times. 

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR AMPLIFIED SOUND AT ANY TIME!

Uphold Palm Springs Sound Ordinance and quiet hours 10:00pm to 10:00am. Take your group inside after 10:00pm to avoid disturbing neighbors and breaking the law. 

Any violations may result in fines and may lead to eviction.

OCCUPANCY
Palm Springs Law
-  Up to 8 (eight) overnight guests
-  Up to 4 (four) visiting day guests
-  Up to 12 (twelve) total guests MAXIMUM

OTHER IMPORTANT USAGE RULES
Up to 4 vehicles maximum.  

No children without prior written approval.

No pets or animals without prior written approval.

No smoking inside or fire hazards.

No drugs or excessive drinking.

No events or weddings.

No disposable wipes in the toilets.  They do not dissolve and are the # 1 cause of clogged sewer lines in this area.

Property is to be respected, left clean and in the same general condition as existed at check-in. 

No wet swimsuits or towels, etc., especially on wood surfaces or upholstered furnishings.

No glass outside. Only plastic dishes/platters/glasses are allowed. 

Be safe; no running, diving, glass by pool, fireworks, drugs, partying, etc.


DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR ADJUST THE POOL OR SPA EQUIPMENT OR TEMPERATURE. THE SYSTEM TRACKS ALL USEAGE AND TEMPERATURE SETTINGS. If you change the programming for the pool or spa, you will jeopardize your Security Deposit.

Maintenance crews arrive unannounced; guests are to allow access.

Checkout promptly by 10 am or incur penalty fees.
 

REPORT ANY ISSUES, MISHAPS, OR CONCERNS
Please contact us promptly and report issues and allow access to homeowner and agents for inspection/maintenance.
