PREPARE TO DEPART ON TIME
Checkout promptly by 10:00am unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Return furniture and accessories to their original location.
Close umbrellas and tie their canopies.
Turn off outdoor pavilion fans and lighting.
Place pavilion shade in the up position.
Leave the premises tidy and in same condition in which it was received.
Return furniture and accessories to their place.
Gather all dirty towels and place them in the bedroom hampers or on the washing machine (it is not necessary to strip or remake the beds or to run wash).
Wash all dishes and glasses, and/or load and start the dishwasher.
REMOVE TRASH AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Take all trash, recyclables, and compost outside to the trash bins. Do not leave any food, trash, or personal items behind.
TURN OFF 4 THERMOSTATS
Turn off the thermostats in the living room and the master bedroom.
Turn off the wall-mounted systems located in the media room and the small guest bedroom using their remotes.
TURN OFF LIGHTS, FANS, AND ELECTRONICS
Turn off lights, ceiling fans, televisions, and music systems.
LOCK WINDOWS AND DOORS
Lock slider doors and replace wood dowels in slider door tracks.
CLOSE ALL WINDOW BLINDS
RETURN GARAGE DOOR OPENERS TO ENTRY TABLE
Leave the 2 garage door openers in the entry hall table drawer.
RETURN KEYS TO ENTRY TABLE
There are 4 keys. Place 3 keys in the entry hall table drawer. Use the remaining key to lock the front door and front gate (and prepare to return it to the key box).
When all windows and doors are secured the alarm “READY” light will glow green. Enter your assigned alarm code and press the “AWAY” button 2-3 seconds until it starts beeping. You will have 60 seconds to exit and lock the front door.
LOCK DOOR AND RETURN KEY TO KEY BOX
Use the key to lock the front door and front gate. CONFIRM FRONT DOOR, FRONT GATE, AND 2 GARDEN GATES ARE LOCKED. Open the LOWER key box using your 4-digit code and put the key inside the box. Reminder the key box is located next to the garden gate on the right side of the garage.
REPORT ANY ISSUES OR MISHAPS
Please contact us to report any issues or mishaps as soon as they are apparent. After your departure, the property will be inspected for items such as overall condition, damages, and missing items. If there are no issues your Security Deposit, if any, will be fully refunded.
